T he newly built apartment with a total area of 100m2 is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in the city center.
It was designed with an approach, adapted to the spaces with the aim of achieving a sustainable experience for a family of four. It is about the configuration of the interior spaces that concerns architectural design and full use of the exterior spaces offering comfort, functionality with modern custom aesthetics. The design choice was formulated with natural mortars in earthy pastel shades combined with wood and elements of vertical planting creating a refined vibrancy.
Single units consisting of the living room with the dining room in visual contact with the kitchen, give a warm atmosphere with notes of calm and relaxation. The modern kitchen with simple lines and earthy shades of wood and pastel textures is combined with the chevron oak floor giving a visual continuity to the space. In the bathrooms, the modern trends of freshness prevail with mosaic surfaces between pastel and earthy colors.
The modest and specialized lighting attracts attention from every interior part of the apartment.
Details can be seen in the wall-mounted decorative structures on the surfaces that run along the length and height. However, the sufficiency of the storage space is not omitted, both in the bedrooms and in the entrance.
The main balcony was given a spacious sitting area for the carefree hours of the day, enjoying the view.
