Kanistro Luxury Residence

T he study concerns two proposals for the utilization of a plot of land of 4,000 m2, which is located in a particularly privileged location, 3.5km southeast of Paliouri in Halkidiki and less than 1,000m from the Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort. The distance of the plot from the sea is only 20 meters, while between the property and the beach only the paved access road to the area passes. The sloping terrain gives the location a panoramic, unobstructed view towards the sea, but also towards the imposing image of Mount Athos (Mount Athos).

The first utilization proposal concerns the construction of a modern building which will have all the characteristics of a luxury holiday home, both in relation to the spaces and comforts it will offer, as well as to the materials and the careful aesthetics. Alternatively, the second proposal concerns the construction of two smaller villas with similar characteristics

Central to the design was the organization of the spaces of each residence around a central interior atrium, as well as in front of a swimming pool and jacuzzi oriented towards the sea. By level, each residence consists of ground-floor spaces that include the living room, kitchen and dining room, a floor that includes the most private spaces (bedrooms and bathrooms), as well as a basement with spaces such as a gym, spa, guesthouse and other auxiliary spaces. In the surrounding area, gardens with ornamental plants are also formed and outdoor covered seating areas and parking areas are developed. Finally, the equipment of the buildings is planned to be done with the most modern systems and with a view to optimal operation and economy of use.
