HELLENIC SOCIETY OF HEMATOLOGY

The main offices of the Hellenic Society of Hematology are located at 21 Tsimiski Street, on the sixth floor. The area was previously three separate offices covering 105 square meters in total.

The idea to create an open plan area was the only option when one considered the needs of HSH. This led to the design of a multi-purpose area with high potential for further development. The contemporary design involved construction of a central conference hall with a seating capacity of 55, which can also be used for seminars, offices fοr the HSH Chair with a separate meeting area, a reception area and ancillary areas. The lines are simple, the dominant element being the oak floor and the sliding vertical panels made of the same material. The office areas are separated by transparent features whilst the interior window shutters can also provide audio and visual insulation. Tailor-made solutions were proposed to address issues of lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and audiovisual aids mainly due to limited height.

The last step was the carefully selected furniture and objects.
